Grout stains really work and work well. A high-quality stain will not fade. The best part is that colored grouts can enhance colored ceramic tile.
How does Grout paint work?
Grout pens lay a thin, tinted, waterproof coating over the top of existing grout lines. The paint is applied by a penlike container that you press along the grout.
Groutshine is a product that covers the areas stained by the everyday dirt and mould build up between the tiles over the grout. It is an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and non-toxic formula product. The company claims that its product is the best to restore the look of grout.
You could be thinking “Does the grout pen really work?”
My favorite answer was the grout pen worked initially, however they went back to smoking in their home. Now the grout is nearly impossible to get deep cleaned. Now look at this image. These tiles will have a lot of wear & tear. They are the back of the sink. So lots of water bouncing off the tiles and grout. Id say they get a quick spray when the sink is getting cleaned.
Does grout eez work?
Grout-eez will clean most stains. Grout is just colored cement, and there are some instances where the stains are soaked into the grout so badly they won’t come out, but we find that 95 – 98 percent of the time it removes all stains. Does Grout-eez work on all different types of tile? Grout-eez works on ceramic and porcelain tile only.

In order to use Grout-EEZ Super Heavy-Duty Grout Cleaner to its full potential, we first needed to pick up a grout brush. What can you use instead of grout?

Over time, your grout may start to crack, leaving even more areas exposed to the possibility of staining. Whenever you deep clean your grout, it may stay tinted or off-color which is why a grout pen can make it look new again. If your grout is in good condition, you probably don’t need to completely replace it.
Can Grout be tinted after cleaning?
Even after deep cleaning, grout can remain tinted. Professional cleaners can steam-clean discolored grout with excellent results. Clean the tiles and grout as best you can before using the grout pen. Shake the grout pen vigorously before using it for the first time.
